It's a Catch 22 kinda thing the Donko is pulling here. He's right in the sense that PeyPey can't be found guilty until Roger declares it so.:thwak:
A clean translation is He will be found guilty if and only if Roger is so inclined (or Mikie lands on Mars, whichever comes first).

Who is the "they"? He retired, so the NFL has no jurisdiction over him any more. Do you think the Feds will be going after him?

MLB will get him, not the NFL.
OR should I say once a few MLB players on the list are exposed as users the NFL will have to do their job - but until then
