Yep, I hope Alabama wins as I've made it known I'm a Saban fan dating back to his time in Cleveland with Belichick but I really want them both to be undefeated (as they almost certainly will be) and a game worthy of #1 vs. #2. I actually like Crazy Les too, just not as much as Saban.

I want LSU to win. I kinda like them and Death Valley is one of the few places I still need to see a game. Both teams impress me, though. I love watching Richardson run the ball.
 
Clemson's comeback against Maryland was just awesome. Through the 3rd quarter it looked like Clemson would lose the game as they were trailing Maryland by 18 points. But apparently their offense can't be stopped by ACC defenses. Chad Morris has done wonders with that offense.
 
Wisconsin RB Montee Ball has 33 total touchdowns in his last 12 games. He does more with fewer opportunities than any RB I have seen in a while. He barely has 100 carries this season.

His touchdown numbers probably get inflated by the offense he's playing in, but he's stats are indeed impressive. I wonder how Ball and that Wisconsin offense would fare against LSU or Alabama.

Fair question. But it also begs how would Trent Richardson or Bo Jackson or Herschel Walker do against those Ds. They would still be great backs, no?
 
Still feeling sick after Michigan/Michigan State game. Very ill. Then Tigers beaten by Rangers. A sad day for Ann Arbor and Detroit.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking anything away from Montee Ball or Wisconsin. They are very physical and will run all over you, if your defense doesn't show up. I doubt that there are many defenses in college football that could stop the running game of the Badgers. LSU and Alabama maybe could and that's why it would be nice to see them play against each other.
 
Many of you know I am I die-hard Iowa Hawkeye fan. Well, after this showing this past weekend at Kinnick Stadium, I'm even prouder of the University and its fans. 70,000+ participating on a gorgeous fall afternoon to make a totally picturesque and uniquely college football scene. The tribute at the end is even more unique to Iowa and something all Iowans are extremely proud of....

This is where Wisconsin screwed up in the Rose Bowl last year - they got out-coached. TCU couldn't stop Wisconsin's run game so Wisconsin decided they needed to get cute and pass the ball against TCU's 4-2-5 speed based defense designed to stop the pass.

I've never seen a team dumber than ND my life. It is obvious that Brian Kelly is all gimmick & cares nothing about strong fundemental football.

I said it before & I'll say it agian. ND needs to dump Kelly & dump him right now. Get a real football coach that comes from a real football state & background that understands tough football wins. Enough with this gimmick bs.
 
I hate Michigan State so much. What an unbelievable game though.
 
Clemson remains unbeaten and will have to travel to Atlanta next week and face the Yellow Jackets. This should be a really tough game for Clemson. Their defense is tackling pretty bad right now, they're giving up a lot of big plays and a team like GT will kill you if you don't play disciplined and wrap up the ballcarrier properly. But I also don't think that GT will be able to stop Clemson's offense. Could be a shootout.
