Required penalties for solicitation in Fla. = 100 hours of community service & attending an educational program if found guilty but could face a year in jail and a fine mitigated by his age and good record.

NFL could consider a fine and a suspension.

Important to note: the charges are "secondary misdemeanors" which means he doesn't have to attend court - his lawyer can do it for him - and it's not a matter of public record (even though it doesn't get more public than this!).

We can only hope among those arrested along with RK is Roger Goodell. Now that would be justice.

Have you noticed that nobody in law enforcement mentions prostitution without adding "human trafficking" these days?

While I pity women that are forced into selling their bodies against their will, and that unfortunately does still occur in this country and around the world, I'd urge people not to jump to the conclusion that every women in that line of work fits that description and that Kraft had any knowledge of any of that going on. Is he supposed to bring a lie detector with him? Get a sworn statement?

I'd bet Kraft knows somebody that is in a similar situation as him (rich, public figure) that frequented the place and told him he would not be recognized and there would be no commitment or other entanglements which is something that probably informs every move Bob makes in the arena of female companionship. Can any of us judge him for that?

Plenty of women that work in run n' tug operations or other occupations in the sex trade are there of their own free will, although folks that love the salacious will be glad to insist I hate women or am in favor of sex slavery by stating that simple fact. And it is a fact.

The whole thing is absurd. A masseuse can touch virtually every square inch of your body and all is fine, but that same hand moves (after both OK the deal) to the forbidden zone and suddenly everybody is clutching their pearls and getting fired up to wreck somebody's entire life.

I don't know much about the people at the top of law enforcement in Florida, but I'm going to go with the theory that they're looking to get elected at Bob Kraft's expense until I hear otherwise.

While I generally concur with everything here, the part that causes pause from what I’ve heard on radio only is the fact they’re all Chinese.

If he was in getting his groove on with Destiny and Shaniqua and Mercedes I could easily buy in on the story.

Mi Blo Yu and Suk In Fuk don’t make up a proportionate representation of the Jupiter FL populace.
 
Vietnamese people do not make up a proportionate representation of most neighborhoods, but if you want to get your nails done, that is pretty much who you find. I can only guess but most people probably do not ask the status of the provider.
 
My opinion, the NFL is going to hammer him. Multiple violations against the Pats over the years...violation of the "higher standard" ethics clause for owners, #metoo, chinese sex trafficed women.... I just hope we don't lose draft picks.
 
I suspect that Robert is approaching his last days as CEO of the Pats. He'll probably have to step down at the very least, maybe disassociate himself from any business of the franchise.

My wife owns a nail salon.

She’s not of Asian descent.

And if I’m in FL and I hit a Rub & Tug and it’s entirely Asian ethnicity an internal alarm would go off in my head. Not to mention I can’t fathom captives showing as much “joy of profession” vs a real pro.
 
It is a misdemeanor he would likely pay a fine. They say he was there twice. Not what anyone would call a frequent visitor. If it was Vegas it would have been in a legal brothel.

Lori's filthy wealthy Uncle and Wife retired to Jupiter, lived just across a small Golf course pond from Perrry Como and were quite good friends with him. All more "typical" of Jupiter than Bobby's Girls.

I don't feel sad for old guy and I'll tell you why. Of course he has to be deeply embarrassed by this, but you have to realize that this was a huge human sex-trafficking ring that runs from FL to NYC to CA and was being investigated and infiltrated for months by state and federal agencies. Kraft picked the wrong cat house, which is really stupid, but I guarantee that many of these girls are underaged. It's how sex trafficking works.

Sex slavery is brutal and a stain on humanity. Someone with Kraft's level of wealth should've just gone to Nevada where it's legal and had consensual sex with another consenting adult. On top of that, I don't think being trafficked against your will even comes close to someone who chooses to prostitute themselves by choice. Even if he hired an escort, which is illegal in FL, so, so, so, much more no harm no foul than this.

I'm not saying Kraft went into this knowingly that human sex trafficking was involved or going on here, but patronizing this type of establishment which is known for this type of activity is indirectly contributing to the problem. It's like when pedophiles who don't act on their urges but have stockpiles of CP. "I never touched anyone, therefore I'm not guilty." Sure you are. Again, contributing to the problem and feeding into supply and demand for such material to keep proliferating.

The prostitution charges themselves only carry a misdemeanor, so Kraft will probably be fine legally even though he has egg of his face. I can guarantee you that his attorneys will try to suppress the video tape from going into evidence re: entrapment. That is the first thing his attorneys will look at, and will try to find every loophole possible. Hopefully the podunck FL police didn't screw it up, but the fact that the Feds are involved, one would like think their bases are covered. Not to say that I don't have a healthy distrust of our gov't.

Busting this 'spa' is the tip of the iceberg. Sex trafficking will never stop, but hopefully this massive bust will put an infinitesimal dent in it. I'm not judging Kraft for getting his rocks off, I'm judging him for being flat out stupid for how and who he chose to get his rocks off with. Dumb, just dumb.

I don't suspect that his side ho Ricki Noelle Lander is exactly happy about this, but in actuality I can bet you she doesn't give a sh*t. Sugar Daddy bought her a house after the baby he claims isn't his was born and he set up both her and the baby for life financially. She's not looking that cash cow in the mouth.

Jeffrey Epstein is a pig, and most of his activity was in Palm Beach. He was facing 100 years in the clink and got a slap on the wrist, which has now been shown to be illegal. Meaning the sentence he got. The lead prosector willingly screwed up IMO, and he's in big trouble now. I will not be the least bit surprised if Epstein's name surfaces in this. Well, Jussie Smollet, Robert Kraft, and R. Kelly, it's been a banner week.
