Not only is he incredibly overrated as a coach, he's a Gregg Williams-level scumbag.

Plus he was an '85 Bear.

The guy has been an NFL coach for 22 years, and in that time has had 6 winning seasons. If that doesn't warrant an extension, I don't know what to tell you all.

And let's not forget he was the coach for the Titans in that 59-0 game versus the Patriots in 2009.
