This new KO rule passed. After years of no KO returns now 95% will be returned. As I understand it, the KO team can't move til the ball either touches the ground
or an opposing player. We'll see.

I'm curious as to how this goes, but my first thought was that this presents a chance for some
creative thinking on both sides. If teams start breaking some big returns I would think it might
put a premium on long-range kickers if not keeping a KO specialist.
