They're now saying he had cocaine in his system. His BAL was .147.

One of the other men on the boat also had cocaine, but both of them had BALs below the .08 leagal limit.


Impossible to know who was driving the boat when the crash occured.

I have a hard time feeling sorry for people who decide to get liquored and drugged up and die partially from that. Their body, their choice.

I still feel very sad, drugs or not. Dying from stupidity or reckless behavior doesn't IMO make him a bad person and it's more his family than himself that suffers from the terrible mistake/decision, whatever you call it.
