Week 3 Game Thread- New England at NY Jets @1:00 PM

Some of you act like the Patriots have been blown out in all of the games. In fact they have 5 TD in the 2 games they have played and have given up 5. They have 47 first downs and their opponents have only 39. With the offensive line issues this team has had they have done quite well. If a WR got his feet down inbounds or a TE had gone down field a yard or two more the teams record may well have been very different.

What they have done is commit turnovers and penalties at bad times.

If they can play a clean game, they will be fine this week.

Frustration levels are high, the fact is that I think we can all see this is a better team than last year but if it doesn't amount to wins, who cares. My fear is that if some of these close games don't start to turn into ws, some of these guys will really start to question what the direction really is.
 
Kendrick Bourne needs to shut up occasionally. Apparently he said Sauce Gardiner was going to get benched on Sunday...and Sauce liked the post. Unnecessary bulletin board crap.

No more so than most teams have this season. They have 4 give aways this season. They have had 12 penalties go against them this season 20 other teams have had the same or more. Only 14 teams have lost less yards to penalties.
 
Will the players meeting after last week's game work? These meetings rarely do, but what better confidence boost than the JETE? 🤗

How about a first quarter score? That seems like good strategery to me. When's the last time the Patriots scored in the first quarter? What is the total 1st quarter score since whenever the hell that was?
