Woger the wuss Goodell Won't Be At Gillette

So assuming that the Patriots win and advance to the Super Bowl. What kind of mystery ailment do we suppose he comes down with so he isn't able to attend?

Maybe Mike Kensil will present the AFCC trophy to the Patriots? :shrug_n:

Or Troy Vincent, Ted Wells, Jerruh?

If that prvck never showed his face here again it would be fine with me.

Gutless coward.

I don't want him here. I want him constipated with poo flowing out of his ears.

But I hate the National impression of Pats fans. It appears we basically are back to being those animal MNF Jets game fans to other teams. Roger is winning the media game when Pornoy and others call for him to be injured.

Sucks

Why does anyone care whether Roger attends a game in New England? Does anyone actually want him here? If he never attends another game in my lifetime here, it'll be too soon for me.

This.

I don't care about the perception of the rest of the country, either. Lots of people did not hold New England in high esteem even before the Belichick/Brady era of Patriots excellence.

But they'll send their kids to our schools and come to our hospitals when they get sick. I'll stop here so that I don't drag this thread into the P&R forum - obviously other points can be made that illustrate the hypocrisy.

I don't care but I like that he is getting called out for it because as Commish it is a weak sauce look for him. And deep down that bothers him more than anything else.

I live here down in North Myrtle Beach area and I was listening to sports radio here and they're even calling God Dell a coward for not going to the game this weekend. None of the sports commentators want to see the Patriots win the Superbowl but if the Patriots to win the Super Bowl they can't wait to see the Trophy presentation. LOL

According to some radio-asshat this two game in a row at one location has been done prior to the Double Atlanta viewing. They reported Roger attended two games at Gillette in January 2014, the second game being the Deflategate game.

Knowing the love of the Integrity of the game Roger has, I have to pause and wonder what infraction the Atlanta Football Falcons will wrongfully accused of.

Don't be fooled by this. Kraft and Belichick want no part of the distraction that is Goodell at Gillette this stadium. To me, there is no doubt that Kraft asked him not to come.

My daughter Anne loved him. Usually took her less than a minute. Ay my best it sometimes took me less than a week.

Cheers

Hurley brings it.

A tidbit

Goodell’s efforts to steer clear of Foxboro since the launching of “DeflateGate” raise serious questions about how fairly he can treat the Patriots franchise now and going forward, which in turn exposes a serious flaw in Goodell’s ability to judiciously preside over the teams that make up the NFL. If he is susceptible to allowing personal feelings or fears affect his judgment and if he chooses to hide from a potentially undesirable situation rather than face it head on, then how fit is he really to hold that high-paying, high-profile job? How fit is he to fairly govern all 32 clubs?
How fit is Goodell to be the commissioner of the NFL?
It’s a question that Goodell has invited to be asked. And it’s one he’s unlikely to ever answer.
