if you have time for a prank to "fester", try hiding some dairy products in an inconspicous location in their office. This is best if you don't sit anywhere near them.
A simplier way to bug someone is to walk by their desk singing an annoying catchy song that is sure to get wedge into their head... something like "Feliz Navidad"

One of my faves, and it's real simple. Everytime they leave their cube, just go and lower their chair. Do it for a day trying not to get caught and they'll think they're going nuts.

This one gets two people at once, get two people's calls get forwarded to each other. One time, they think "odd"..second time they think "strange"..after a few more calls when the "why the hell are your calls getting forwarded to me?" mystery question pops..then you can start laughing.
