It seems that people like one or the other but not both.

Which one are you?

Also, DS' rules for buying coffee:

1. Nothing too fancy. No super duper flavors, etc.

2. Never wait in a line of more than two people. Have a little self-respect.

3. Always use artificial sweeteners. Sugar isn't worth the calories.

4. Ice coffee is always in season.

5. Never get the largest size if they have more than two sizes.

6. When in Starbucks, never use their language. It's small, medium or large.

PS: When I buy coffee out, it's Starbucks. But I go weeks or even months without buying coffee out.

Fresh, non-burnt coffee for half the price.

DD all the way.

I've only recently started drinking coffee.

Folgers classic roast made a little stronger with a little milk/creamer and splenda.

I like them both.

I was in Starbucks yesterday and ordered a "medium."

Drives'em crazy.

DD. Hands down. Black with 1 splenda. McDonald's is pretty good too. I like their iced coffee.

I like how they feel the need to repeat your order in correct Starbucks nomenclature if you order a small/medium/large. Every.Single.Time.

My wife has a thing for caramel frappuchinos and I'll spoil her every now and again.

Yup. And you're like "Look, you're handing me a f***in' black cup of coffee that I have to go over and take care of the fixings on. So just give me the coffee, let's pretend it's just a 'medium' and we'll both be on our way."

I love Starbucks. I enjoy their girly drinks. Mocha, whipped cream...dreamy. But Dunkin Donuts makes better coffee. Black. Like a man.

If there were a closer DD, I'd hit them up more often.

for drinking i only buy Dunkin Donuts.

for cooking i buy Starbucks.

Coffee is like wine. If you dont wanna drink it, you shouldn't cook with it.

I walk into a coffee establishment and say "large regular". If they respond with questions, I leave. They are not about coffee, they are about image, and trends and stuff that aint coffee.

yup give me tea

My caffienated drink of choice:
