Time for a Goodell smilie?

After the esteemed DC, Matt Patricia, wore the Barstools Goodell Clown t-shirt off the post-Super Bowl plane, I'd suggest the image of a clown best represents our dear Commish. Wondering if admin would consider a clown smilie for Goodell?

I think the clown idea for a Goodell smilie is very good, however, I would like to offer an alternative.

Perhaps a picture of a hammer, saw, screwdriver, or wrench.

Because the guy is such a tool.
