Don't get me wrong, love his work and he's a genius for sure. but how much of anything Bob Dylan makes any sense?
And yet it conveys deep meaning. A conundrum.

Great tune.
Gibberish?
First guy I thought of is Larry "Wild Man" Fischer.
Rather than try to explain him I'll just post his psychedelic masterpiece "Circle". It's a pretty long story.
I got about 30 seconds into that and stopped.
Listening to incoherent screaming on headphones is not the way I choose to start my day.
As an alternative, may I suggest this:
Cause the free wind is blowin' through your hair
And the days surround your daylight there
Seasons crying no despair
Alligator lizards in the air, in the air
No offense taken.
Wild Man is definitely out there, but he recently did an appearance on Kimmel doing his somewhat more melodic "Monkeys vs. Donkeys" and the crowd loved him, which means he has somehow put together a music career of over 47 years after being discovered screaming incoherently on the streets of LA and convinced to do a record by Frank Zappa.
Personally, I'd rather listen to baboons howling, but the topic was "gibberish" and Wild Man is the King.
De doo doo doo de daaa daaa daaa
by the Police
Though I think it is purposeful gibberish
