I remember my first ever trip to the US back in 1983 I think it was, to Boston when I was a kid and I was pushing a luggage cart at the airport through arrivals and some old man accidentally bumped his cart into ours and he chuckled and said simply, "Boston driving". I got the reputation there was a reputation there!

Naked couple walking dog are arrested in Hopkinton

HOPKINTON – An early morning nude walk on Monday eventually led to a fight with cops and a Hopkinton couple facing numerous charges, authorities said.

Police arrested Mariel Kinney, 32, and Kevin Pinto, 30, after the 6:30 a.m. incident on Hayden Rowe Street.

“It was kind of wild,” said Police Chief Joseph Bennett. “It wasn’t the typical day in Hopkinton, that’s for sure.:tongue: They were buck naked.”

Police went to Hayden Rowe Street after receiving calls about two naked people walking a dog.

Officers saw Kinney and Pinto, who were completely nude, walking down the street with a medium-sized black dog named Lucy.

“According to the officers she is a very good dog,” :D Bennett said.

Questioned if they were OK and why they were unclothed, Kinney and Pinto either said they didn’t want to answer or answered incoherently, :blink::high::doh: Bennett said.


During questioning, the couple yelled and swore at the officers, resisting any efforts of “de-escalation,” the chief said.

“There was a short foot pursuit,” said Bennett. “Both (people) ran when they were told they were going to be arrested.”

Police caught up to the pair who struggled violently. Pinto struck officers several times with the heel of his palm, while Kinney also struck officers.

One officer was taken to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries. He has since been released and is at home recovering.

“I’m grateful no one was seriously injured in a very volatile situation,” Bennett said.

Police arrested Kinney and Pinto, of 6 Hazel Road, and charged them with indecent exposure, assault and battery on a police officer, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

They were scheduled to be arraigned in Framingham District Court on Monday, but the arraignment results were not available.

Having grown up in Mass (Acton) and now living in CT, I can support this claim.

The drivers in Mass are predictable. That is, they will do the worst possible thing, at the worst possible time.

On the other hand, the drivers in CT consist of Captain Oblivious and his Spaced Family (apply echoy reverb with that phrase).

They barely know that the long thin one makes it go and the square horizontal one makes it stop. The real advanced ones know the shiny thing tells them whats behind them.

As such they are completely unpredictable, since they have no frackin clue what they are going to do next.

Trust me, I'll take predictable massholes, over clueless wonders any day of the week.

I can defend myself if I have some certainty what the other masshole is going to do.

I have no idea, what Captain Obvious is going to do, since he doesn't either, so I can't predict a god damn thing.

All 50 states have now issued warnings about mysterious, unsolicited packages of seeds that people across the nation have received in the mail in recent weeks.

The packages appear to be coming from China, according to the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). Photos shared by state agriculture departments show packages marked with labeling from China Post, which operates the official postal service of China. Some of the labels also indicate that the packages contain jewelry, although inside is typically a packet of seeds in clear, plastic packaging.
