Mac Jones Injury Watch - Update 30 Sept - Mac is out v Packers

You should at least read your own sources before you claim this. Lombardi didn't say anything about Mac being benched. He said he was surprised Mac turning the ball over so much.

Then they have Edelman's quote saying ball security is job security and the writer was speculating if Mac could potentially be benched.

This is either lazy arguments from your end or you're just trolling. Please do better.
He literally said Mac could lose his job.

The Headline is Click Bait and everyone thinks it's real

Reading is fundamental. He clearly wrote

So is basic math. Mac is on pace to throw 25 picks this year. He won't because he is not going to play for a few games.

Your still not grasping what he said:banghead:

Jones didn't participate in Wednesday's practice and reportedly is seeking a second opinion on his ankle, presumably to decide whether he needs surgery. While ESPN's Adam Schefter reported earlier this week that Jones is "likely to miss multiple games," Graziano noted Jones was scheduled to undergo more testing Tuesday and "possibly Wednesday," and that the team is waiting on the results to determine if he can return sooner than expected.

Brady never had a season of more than 14 picks. Period. Mac is on pace to throw 25. I understand perfectly.

Whether he's ready to go or not this is good news. It shows his level of commitment and willingness. Let's just hope that if he isn't healthy enough to play that he remains sidelined.

Sorry about the delay I was called away.

He wasn’t saying that, he said that prior to getting Randy Moss. Brady was prone to throwing errant passes it took 7 years for it to improve.

Brady was on pace to throw 28 ints thru 4 games in 2003. Extrapolating data from only a few games is dumb, especially with a Patriots team that is still figuring it out.

Now on to your speculation see the above post

no, no, no!!!, Joe....you have to believe it's not dumb ;)

Also in 2011, TFB threw 5 INTs in the 1st 3 games which would have extrapolated to 26 INTs for the season but he totaled out w/ 12, so he didn't actually extrapolate nuttin'

but if TFB were MAC in 2011, he would have had 26 = Mazz logic

ya just have to see, ya see? so...there ya go

I couldn't get rid of the Volin article.
The impt part is that maybe Mac isn't looking at Sx after all.

You're right - it is a great piece, especially coming from Volin. Of course, the headline this morning read: "Why Would Jones Get a Second Opinion?" Naturally, my first thought is it's Trollin' Volin so the thrust of the article must be there's disagreement between Mac and the team as to how to proceed. Not the case.
