Kaep files lawsuit against the NFL for "collusion."

He thinks he's having trouble now finding a job in the NFL, this stupid frivolous lawsuit is going to send him to the unemployment line. Dude had a chance at $14 million and a job in the NFL and he passed it up, he has nobody but himself to blame for the situation he is in.

I'm giving advice on what I think would be best if he wants more people to feel sympathetic toward his issues and make it more likely for a team to sign him.

If that's not "right" for him, then he can enjoy being unemployed and vilified. I'm not twisting his arm - I'm giving advice on what makes strategic and political sense.

It's almost like he's trying to create a 'us vs them' type situation..

The timing is curious given the NFL is meeting today with the PA to iron out the anthem issue and move away from the protests to other forms of social support. In fact, it was just announced that Goodell and Doug Baldwin just did a joint letter supporting sentencing reform, http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...te-joint-letter-supporting-sentencing-reform/

So perhaps Kaep is still trying to beat the drum of us vs them in light of the fact that the NFL is trying to smooth this over thereby ending his "movement"??

The thought is great. It will never happen. He can't win this suit.

Absolutey agree . Only way he possibly wins is if they were stuped enough to leave a CONCLUSIVE discoverable paper/digital trail,

Even a wittness who testifies to the existence of a conspiracy would be an easily crushible he said/she said situation.

Cheers.

I thought I heard something about 90 days and the need to file within that time period, so what ever it is was within the last 90 days.

What I do actually think is that a sympathetic long-form interview would help him immensely in all areas.

Getting his personal opinions out there about what has happened, how important it is for him to continue to play football, and to clarify his important issues in a personal way.

Even if you think it's commendable that he's kept his mouth shut, i think he's hurt himself by not agreeing to something like that.

If he wants his message out, Joe Rogan's podcast would be the best avenue for him to do so.

It's an infinitely better method to let someone express themselves then two minutes clips on television.

Howard Stern..

Who knows.

He gets a sympathetic ear in an organization that has full access to priveleged information and boom!

Powder keg.

I doubt it.

But stranger things....

If Kaep blows up the NFL, it will be the biggest take down in corporate American history ... I don't think you are that far off with the sympathetic ear either. There are many within the NFL that are on board with the Kaep train.

Those are all noble things for one to devote their personal time to.

If he wants to QB again I’d work on reading defenses, playing in the pocket, and 3-5-7 step drops.

The NFL could just show this video on a loop at the hearings.

NFL ratings and stadiums are getting hammered along with networks earnings forecasts.

Look how empty the Jetes stadium was for our game which had first place on the line, https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DMNk4B7U8AAyxOO.jpg

I'm guessing you didn't look at the banner where it very clearly shows in green "4th qtr" with 0:00 left on the clock. In other words, GAME OVER. Stadiums usually appear to empty out after a game.

That was discredited as fake news within five minutes after it appeared on Twitter.

Lol. No. I did not notice the clock. Thanks for pointing it out. The few shots they did show of the stadium on TV, it looked about a third empty from what I could see. I also noticed there were a ton of Pats fans as I could hear them cheering loudly both on the radio and the TV.

10% of the crowd were pats fans in New York according to my brothers estimation. The fans were polite and no issues for him, he bought tickets about 30 minutes before kick-off for $69 each (gronk giggle)
