I'm surprised no one died...

so are you saying that there are no closing time mistakes in your past?????

Order in the court...stop laughing....let the 1st one who never raccoon-ed his arm off speak now...(long drawn out dramatic pause)...just what I thought, awful quiet around here

I was on a small Fast Frigate in the North Atlantic....me and rough water have met. We used to have contests on how far we could run up the side of the ball when the ship would roll. Its amazing things you can do when you are 18 and it does not scare you, this would scare the crap out of me now.

Wow its like someone outfitted the ship without realizing that a ship at sea can be an unstable platform.

"No you guys don't have to worry about locking anything down or attaching it to the deck, nothing could ever happen on the open ocean after all. Smooth as silk the whole way. What was that ? Titanic ? Never heard of it."

Cruises are evil. They're highly dangerous. Everyone stay away.

(Means less crowds for me and LW in the casino, theater, pool, and buffet.) :coffee:

Guys in the Navy are very familiar with balls. :thailor:

But you had to ask, didn't you? :shake:

If I wasn't on my work computer, this text would instead be replaced with a hotlink to YouTube showing the Village People singing "In The Navy". Please use your imagination. Thank you.

That was an electric forklift, with a lead acid battery filled with some nasty acid...my guess is that was the liquid spilling all over the floor. That had to be one hell of a cleanup. Not to mention a 10,000lb forklift sliding all over = OMG HOLY SHIT

Now secure for heavy seas...
... all hands aft lay forward,
... all hands forward lay aft,
... all hands port lay starboard,
... all hands starboard lay port,
... all hands below lay topside,
... all hands topside lay below.

It hasn't happened often (even when I don't bother to voice it here).....

But I agree with you on this.:toast:

The family loves cruises.

Uh... thanks?

Talk about a backhanded compliment. Reminds me of a visitor message left on my profile by oldbagfan, starting with, "Can't believe we actually see eye-to-eye about anything..."

And then my wife wonders why I'm such a "people person". ROFL

"All hands on dick!" :thailor:
Sounds like a skin it and ring it drill to see if the Marines paid any attention in raincoat and off-limits classes.

Are Marines tested regularly for STDs?

Syphilis has been part of Marine culture for years. Its introduction into the Marine population is believed to be from sheep that were the original carriers of the disease.
